STAY AWAY FROM ActiveCampaign!!! I was a customer for over 3 years. Let me tell you this is a weak product from a bloated company that does not care about their customers. It is extremely hard to cancel your account and they use all the tricks in the book to take advantage of customers and hide behind fine print policies. This product costs waaaaaaay too much for what they can do. It was ok when ... I am the administrator of the account, and I was given permission by the company owner to work in the company's active campaign account. I need support, so I contacted the CS team, and they always ask me stupid questions when transferring my cases to tickets.
