Alena connects your Shopify store to mPOHODA and POHODA. It creates invoices in mPOHODA from Shopify orders and emails them to customers. It generates POHODA-ready payout files for easy reconciliation. Orders sync automatically, with optional manual transfers by date range or order ID. The app preserves clean data including SKUs, VAT, variable symbols and numbering. Error logs show failed transfers and how to fix them. We optimise the OSS invoicing edit process.
