Or, if you prefer, you can paste the code anywhere else on your site where you want the form to appear. Our forms are highly customizable, so feel free to change the Global Configuration settings to suit your needs. Once you've pasted the shortcode for your form in its desired location, you're all set! All charges are billed in USD.
