It's very eas to use from our end with a design that is great to edit and create the perfect loyalty program. It's also easy to navigate and use for our customers. We did a lot of research into loyalty apps and have found Appy to be the best. They also have amazing customer service and we love that we have one contact and can actually speak to a person and not a huge call centre. This app mirrors the physical stamp card system we use instore. Luke has been very helpful with answering our questions as we onboard.
