With ARecievables, you get a holistic view of your B2B orders and unpaid invoices at one place. You can use this app to configure automatic email follow-ups and send pdf invoices to your customers with just a few clicks. You can also customize your own invoices by adding your brand logos and fonts and send them to your customers automatically on a periodic basis. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. In testing, we found that the app would send emails with the total amount owing not adding up; the attached invoices were correct but the emails were off. Also, it required creating a separate account and going to a separate page instead of staying on the admin panel. AReceivables were very thorough in assisting us with our issues. Their staff were prompt, considerate, educated, and overall amazing. They were very eager to help us remedy our problems in as quickly and efficiently a manner as possible. I love this app, for those businesses that issue invoices, or are a wholesale business on shopify, this is a must have. Easy to track and follow up with open invoices, easy to see how much is outstanding, and open. There are few account receivable apps out there, this is much needed.
