Our app is an essential tool if you sell audio products, as it addresses a common problem of customers not being able to listen to a sample of the product before purchase. By allowing customers to preview tracks, our app enhances the shopping experience, leading to increased engagement and sales. With easy playlist creation and management, our app also makes it simple for merchants to reinforce their brand and provide a seamless shopping experience for their customers. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. The app is good and does everything I need.... When its working properly... Problem is... The customer support is pretty poor... So the app has stopped working I have emailed support 4 times now and even got a Shopify Support person to email them as well... Not had a reply... not even to say they are aware of the problem and working on a fix.... NOTHING!!!! This has really caused me a BIG ... Shopify has recently upgraded its APIs with breaking changes, and we found out about it live: https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-apps/shopify-app-is-not-loading-in-new- ... terrible!! I had installed it all and after 2 months it collapsed and all my files were offline. I used the audios for a workshop, so when this happened my whole on line workshop was on hold!!! And no customer support at all to resolve this problem. You should have informed your customers that it would be offline because of maintenance issues. Also when calling out to you, no reaction at all! ... Hey there. The app was temporarily down for a few hours as we went through some maintenance. Appreciate your feedback.
