Why merchants use Axon: Kept seeing ad after ad on meta for this software so decided I'd give it a try, took a while just to be able to sign up, but finally got it working and went to install, the pixel won't connect to my store, gives me an error "Invalid value for type in block 'product_upsell_jNmgXm'. Type must be defined in schema." Sent to support 2 weeks ago, they responded a week later saying to uninstall and re-install and try again, lol, did that, still same error. Still waiting on support to escalate this to a developer like it should have been. If they resolve the issue or at least give me a real response I'll revise/update this review. Platform blew through entire budget in a matter of one hour. Support admits that their platform is "volatile" in the beginning. They also replied to my review saying "reach out to support."
