Everything was working fine until we needed support after importing new codes. Support seems no longer to exist: it is not possible to create a ticket on their ticket platform because the “product” is not recognized. Likewise, emails sent to the email address provided in the Shopify app store remained unanswered. It therefore looks to us as if the ... Kodbar saved me!! We had a messy list of UPC's and they went above and beyond to help is figure out which ones we could use and which ones we could not, it took days to resolve this and they were so kind and helpful! This app is down, has been down for 3 days, and my message to support has not been answered. We've reviewed our ticket database and haven't received any emails from you regarding this situation.
