My complaint helped me get the right tip, and now things are working—for now. I’m desperate to get support for two days. No response. I’ve used it for some time in my old shop and it worked fine. Now it’s full of bugs, and the integration is finally not working. So what’s going on? I am so pleased with the app and the people working at Byte. They gave me excellent service and helped set up the quiz seamlessly. The app has so many features, and works well for my brand. The App is easy to use and the support provided has been excellent. Resulting in a stress free process to set up a new quiz and to check what configurations are possible.
