The setup is straightforward, and the call flow logic is very flexible, making it easy to guide customers through order verification, issue collection, and handoff to human support when needed. What impressed us most is how customizable it is. We added specific instructions for the agent, custom greetings, etc. The accuracy of answers is actually sometimes even better than human agents. The analytics dashboard is a nice bonus — lots of insights we didn’t have before. We added Call Flows AI mainly to stop the endless missed calls… but it ended up doing much more.
