It’s a solid AI assistant, just not as ‘all-in-one helpdesk’ as the bigger platforms—yet. I’ve tested a lot of chatbot apps and most of them feel overcomplicated or locked behind limits. Chaterimo keeps things clean and gives you real flexibility with your AI model choice. Setup took a bit of time at first, mainly around API configuration, but once it’s running it performs extremely well. Responses are fast, accurate, and customers are getting help instantly. Definitely one of the best-value chatbot apps I’ve used so far. Solid lightweight chatbot. We use it with the latest GPT model and the answers are scary good. The pricing tiers were a bit unclear when I first installed, took me a while to figure out which plan I actually needed. But compared to Tidio its a no brainer for the price. 10/10 would recom
