We had an issues with setting up and emailed support and they promptly got me taken care of. I set this up to block certain zip codes from purchasing certain products. Sometimes it would work. Sometimes it would let people still purchase. Most infuriating of all - I just realized it was preventing people who were not intended to be block to be blocked from purchasing!! The app is very good and works as expected. We were missing the feature with the rule on ZIP code "starts with." After reaching out to support, they implemented it for us and added it to the app for everyone. Love it.
