With our app you can easily change the product status to "coming soon" or "pre-order". You can control when exactly the product should be available for purchase or shipping by defining the availability date. You don't need to wait and lose your sales as it allows you to sell the product when it's out of stock. Alternatively you can showcase the product on your website when it's not available yet so customers are aware of the upcoming items and will come back later to buy it. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Using "coming soon" feature somehow turned on the "sell when product is out of stock" option on my listings, costing me a lot of credit card fees and frustrated customers when I had to refund the orders, since I sell one-off items. This happened on two of my product drops. Support is horrible. They will never respond to support requests. I think they just leave this app up without updating it. Stop gaslighting as well. We opened a support ticket through the application, and also sent an email directly to your support email you list on the application page. We never received any support requests from you. Our support doesn't use auto-reply. Are you sure you tried to contact the right company? Strongly recommend this app for the coming soon button however the pre order element, has been devastating- it places orders on hold within Shopify with no clear built in feature to remove them - we had to build a custom flow which i believe is only on shopify plus, and does not sync inventory - we have had thousands of orders now oversold due to this app, please proceed with caution on the pre ...
