Commentify provides a comments block where customers can post their feedback, reviews, questions, testimonials, add new content under blogs, products, collect feedback via checkout comments or on any other pages. You can build your own online community, monitor comments with analytics and moderate them if needed. Comments block position can be easily changed using Shopify 2.0 themes drag-n-drop editor. Design of comments is automatically adjusted to your theme's styles. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. One of the best comment apps, but with one caveat: commenters must log in (via Shop account or email). Clicking "add comment" opens a new tab prompting user to log in to your store. You could enable the anonymous option, but they won't get reply alert emails if don't login/register. This increases friction against engagement. We recently updated several of our website pages for SEO purposes, which caused some of our existing Commentify links to break. The Commentify team quickly stepped in, redirected the links for us, and even added a new tab inside the app so we can easily manage and redirect our own pages moving forward.
