I am a bookkeeper and have had to navigate the automation of Shopify order entry into Quickbooks by the seat of my pants. I couldn't have done it without Joseph and the team at Connex. They held my hand upon initial implementation and they have continued to provide excellent service over the last seven years. I recommend this integration and the team at Connex ... I recently had a unique issue affecting my sync and the support team worked with me over a couple of days to isolate the issue and fix it. We have been with Connex since 2020 and I can count on one hand how many times we have had an issue with the program. When we have had an issue they are quick to respond and knowledgeable to know how to fix the issue. Connex is a good service and make things much easier for us. Any time we are having an issue it seems to be resolved fairly quickly and if not, Joe jumps right in to help. It's nice to know the owner isn't afraid to still help out when needed.
