It really hurt our customer service because they have a 500 email limit which is not very well explained. So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit. **Since this review, they updated some things, and adjusted based on feedback. So I have updated it reflect how I felt before this interruption** App is easy to use, however, functionality/features that you'd expect to be free are put behind the "Basic" plan. I've found these features on competitor apps for free, so I have no reason to stay with Qikify. Great and flexible app, specially if you know Shopify Flow. Customer service is amazing.
