Cookiebot™ CMP for Shopify is a Google Gold Tier-certified CMP partner providing a customizable GDPR/RGPD cookie banner with full support for Google Consent Mode v2. The app automatically scans and categorizes cookies, and blocks trackers until consent is given. It enables compliance with European and global data privacy laws, supports seamless banner customization, and helps minimize legal risk while preserving ad measurement, remarketing and access to personalization. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Totally doesn't work for me. For over a week I am talking with support and two times they said it was fixed, but my users still cannot select any privacy settings. Support is trying to do their best, but after a week of fiddling I'm tired of it, hence this review. I don't understand why this is launched in such a bad way, these are simple bugs that should have been caught during testing. Not satisfied at all with the app or the support.
