Enhance your customer service by offering Credit & Charge Accounts inside Shopify POS. Now, you can give customers the ability to purchase items by putting purchases on their tab and charging it to their account. Customers can then make payments on their balances as required (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, net-45, or custom). With the app, you can view active balances, remaining store credit, transaction history, and more. The app also integrates with Quickbooks POS Desktop & soon to Online. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. I have sent several emails with no support response. This app only works half of the time, sometimes it will charge to customer others it will just spin and think about it until you finally close out and try again with same result. Might work for a customer 1 day then not the next. I have customers that are active in both Shopify and QBO but it will not pull them up in this app to charge to them. ... This app doesn't load any of our customer data. Without a customer, the app is essentially useless. Several emails to support got no response.
