For many merchants, We found that default statuses (Like fulfilled / unfulfilled ) are not much helpful as per their business model/flow. SC Easy Orders Status Manager app allows you to create custom statuses for your orders, You can also choose which status change should also be notified to the customer via Customize Email. When you create a status, you have the option of notifying the customer via email. You can also design/customize emails using your email template settings as per your needs. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. The app handles custom order statuses perfectly using Shopify tags without affecting order details. Setup was easy and it works exactly as expected.Try App support as well, they were responsive and do a small addon for free and rapidly. A must-have for stores managing custom workflows. This app works ok but it does need some custom features. For some strange reason if you use a custom status the app overwrites what was in the notes section. If your customer left a note with there order you can not see what your customers said with out going searching for it in the Timeline. The app does not need to leave a note you can see the custom status as the app uses a custom Tag. I did ...
