Customize the 'Add to Cart' button by adding an interactive form filled with your crafted questions. When customers select their products, a pop-up appears showing your custom queries. Their responses tag along with each item in the cart. Once they checkout, you get to see all their answers in order details. It's like taking a guided tour through your customers' preferences. So go ahead, give it a shot and make shopping on your site even more exciting! All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Awful experience. No customer service / support whatsoever. I started using this for my Shopify site - worked well, but I needed a small tweak, to be able to have a form offer 40 choices rather than the standard 20. Emailed for support -- absolutely no response. It's been weeks. Shopify's customer support even emailed them, & still no response. Now I need to let go of 3-4 hours of work in setup, ... Thank you for trying the app. it worked well, you asked for more - extra feature that was never advertised or promised. Unfortunately we can not make "40 choices rather than ... Easy to set up. It even has a multiple choice option where the customer can select more than one field. We only need one form at the moment, so free is a great price. Not sure why more people aren't using or reviewing this app. The previous reviewer that gave it a one-star was pretty harsh.
