Customer Fields Manager app enables you to add extra sign up fields to customer registration form. Collect additional information from your customers during account creation to understand your customers and optimize your marketing efforts. You can not only manage your default fields but also add extra custom fields to signup form using 14 field types. Make fields dependable to keep form clean. Show customer tags dropdown and enable manually account validation based on customer tags and more. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. The app is great, it allows for rule-driven options (i.e. if you select one answer, another drop down appears), it is also very customisable which, for my client is very much required.
