Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. This is an awesome app and the customer support is first class. Ezra is super-responsive and helpful. He's also keen to take on board feedback with a view to incorporating suggestions into future releases. Highly recommended if you have repeat customers as the native Shopify functionality just doesn't do the job. If you are on the fence, just do it. It is affordable, functional, and the customer service is top notch! Any issues or questions were responded to in a timely manner and Ezra was always on top of everything! Very happy with this app and all it offers to my business and customers! Very easy to use with lots of add on options. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! Despite never using and uninstalling this app last month it continues to charge me a monthly cost. No communication that my trial was expiring. No communications from this company at all, in fact. The one-star review here is a plea to stop the practice of carrying over subscription charges into the next month. If you cancel on Oct 13th, for example, your subscription should end on Oct 31st. ...
