DHL express have very bad customer service. We are trying to set up the service for last 3 months we have not received any API details. The staffs do not respond to any emails. It is wastage of time and money. This app is simply bad. After installation, the app does not show up in the shipping tab. Tried all kinds of ways to get it done, but always fail. When I contacted the DHL for the tech support, the girl who answered said DHL do not have or have develop such an app and simply hanged up on me. I wonder why Shopify have not take the developer of this app to task. Or is it just a fake app? I assume ...
