Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. The app works well overall and the support team has been very helpful. One challenge has been the limitation on how many discount cards can be active at one time, which has made things a bit difficult for us. The B2B toggle also automatically sets to B2B + B2C, which is something we have to monitor closely. While I understand that the tags on the discount card must exactly match the customer tags ... We’ve had a great experience working with Discount Kit. Their team went above and beyond, spending the entire evening troubleshooting alongside our developer to identify the root cause of an issue — which turned out to be related to unpublished collections rather than the discount logic itself. Overall, very professional, technically strong, and solution-oriented. Highly recommended.
