Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. I would not suggest this app. I had hundreds of fraudulent donations done mainly from India based on the traffic to my site. This in return caused me multiple chargebacks in which I had to pay $15 per chargeback. It appeared that they were testing out stolen credit card numbers to assure that they worked. Hands down worst experience I have had that actually lost money. This is the app we use for our site that blends sales with donations (we are a non-profit organization). We have needed some customization to ensure the app works as we need it to work, and their developers have been responsive. They understand the concerns we are raising and build solutions within a couple of days, at most. This is an update from my earlier review because I feel sorry for the developers of this app. The App caused big problems for my shop after the uninstall. Code was left behind. I understand that the code was manual code that the developers helped with.
