My customers has purchased my products but has not received the download link. I have checked the order page but cannot find the download button. Please respond and resolve the problem as soon as possible. When it works, it works fine - easy to use, basic but does the job. But their server are offline quite often. Every time I need to use the app, it's down or incredibly slow.
