My integration stopped working in April 2024, in early September 2024 they alerted me to this (I should have noticed sooner, but the whole process is meant to be automated and it just slipped through my radar). We signed up at the very outset. It wasn't always too clear what we were actually being charged and we put in a lot of work trying to reconcile our charges with what we had sold. We got that sorted out but totally understand not being a good fit. Crossborderit just raised our monthly rate, so we're dropping to look for a more economical solution. I appreciate their support team, and we've worked together for about 2 years now, but the product/pricing match is just not there anymore. Our store doesn't do enough EU volume to pay this premium for tax convenience, and other companies continue to provide a pay-as-you-go model.
