I attempted to amend a customers Billing address at the customers request. This then duplicated the customers order and charged them again! I requested help from support but did not receive a response. Pretty useless app and makes a complete mess of your orders. We use a separate POS in our store on are too busy on the weekends to scan items in Shopify so on Mondays I manually add all the orders from the weekends and back date them.
