During the configuration process, I experienced some difficulties with conflicting rules, but the support team (Jason) responded within minutes and helped me resolve everything. I highly recommend this app if you're struggling with specific rule sets for shipping methods! Downloaded the app. It seemed a bit overwhelming at first. BUT use the customer service chat function.
