EverForms lets merchants create custom forms to collect structured information from customers directly on their store. Forms can be added to pages, products, or other customer touchpoints to capture enquiries, requests, and additional details at the time they are needed. All form responses are stored within the merchant’s own store data rather than on external systems. This allows merchants to retain ownership of their information and access submissions alongside their existing store records. All charges are billed in USD.
