Most importantly, reduce wastage! All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. I like the app, but I am waiting for an answer of the support team for more than 10 days. Their customer service is amazing! Very helpful, quick to respond, and open to implementing ideas about the app that we suggest or request with speed. The app itself is a good addition but does take a bit of trial and error to properly implement. Once we played around with it for a few weeks it became easier to navigate. Great addition to our company. The app has been perfect for what we need, as have needed to track the expiry dates of products. The team have been very helpful with answering questions and have been fast to make changes or amendments to the app if it has been required for us.
