Supports custom rules, country-based exceptions, scheduling and easy theme safe installation. Clean and focused controls. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. I've been using this app for a few years now and am very pleased. I have separate websites for the US and Canada and the app ensures that my customers get to the right one. My experience with customer service has been excellent.
