With EZ Notify, you can quickly integrate your Shopify store with your Slack workspace. Receive notifications to your chosen Slack channel as new orders are placed, when a customer signs up, & more. You can create rules to send a notification to specific channels based on the content of the event data with a custom message (where you can "@" mention a team member) to improve your workflow. You can also use slash commands to pull certain information from your store directly in Slack. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Great app for customizing notifications to slack. Very responsive support, and able to make updates to the app quickly if you need them. Definitely recommend! Let me preface this with, I do not usually write reviews. We use the EZ Notify app for order notifications through our Slack channel. Recently, an update to the app was made resulting in customer email addresses no longer being displayed in the notification (a feature we uniquely rely on). I reached out to Support and fully expected to receive an automated "Thanks for your message..." email, but ... EZ Notify is simple and nice. Works perfectly.
