You can install your FAQs on the product page as well by copying embed code and adding it to the desired location. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. We have two storefronts and can only access one of their FAQ's (through both stores somehow). We need to update the other store's FAQ but haven't been able to because of this. Their customer support is literally nonexistent. We've submitted numerous emails to their help center and have gotten no response at all. If we could give them 0 stars for all of the help they have given, we would.
