Their customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with, slow to respond, unhelpful, and they don’t take responsibility when issues come up. The biggest problem was delivery: they repeatedly made promises about timelines and then didn’t follow through. If you’re relying on delivery commitments, don’t count on them.
