See all pricing options I have used Homebase for years for scheduling and time clock and even moved to their Payroll system a few years ago. It used to be WONDERFUL but over the past year their customer service has gone to hell. I have had numerous Payroll and tax filing issues and getting in touch with an actual human is a total run-around every time. I'm about to cancel it all. So frustrating to watch a company turn ... Don’t be fooled by the “onboarding” staff that want to convince you to sign up for payroll. Trying to get help with issues or corrections is virtually impossible. They will not speak with you on the telephone, nor will they even provide emails for contact. We have been waiting for almost 6 months for corrected W2s for our employees. Each time is is incorrect, they want to charge more money and ... I actually think it's pretty confusing to use and I wish there was a way to turn off a lot of the features. I haven't decided if this is the right app for me yet. Thanks for your review.
