Brian was friendly, courteous, and happy to help, and I greatly appreciated that. Customers often get errors when trying to authenticate, and support never replies to queries. We had to install the free alternative app and we are seeing better results. We might delete id.me altogether in the next month if the alternative app continues to work. Unfortunately, I have also been unable to use the app. When customers click on their link, there is an error. I have tried many times for help, and to this day, I have not had a solution or even a person willing to help me look into it further.
