I dont really have a technical background but can figure things out [with enough time and help] & with the chat support essentially always being available --- Iv been able to create multiple automations - something Iv never done before. They even built a new automation after I mentioned my organization would like to apply tags based on specific ... I always hate to give a bad review, as everyone works hard to create a product they plan to sell. But really, you have no video tutorials, no access to tech support, and the instructions are awful. I was so excited to see your product, and then utterly disgusted to try and figure this app out. Yes, I am very tech savvy, so for me to have issues, I hate to think what a poor person with no tech ... We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced.
