Por suerte escribí al soporte y super amablemente me indicaron lo que tenemos que hacer para que el cliente reciba el pedido. En la aplicación desde el settings del menú de navegación, "General and Delivery Fraud Detection es necesario configruar "Require manual approval for orders with Fraud Risk Level of" en High y guardar los cambios.
