See all pricing options We've been using Kustomer for years, and it's very easy to connect all our data and provide it to our agents on one screen. That's incredibly simple, the way our agents can handle cases and customer behavior/information. Kustomer integrates well with Shopify. All order info comes through to the customer's timeline and allows us to easily see order history. We have had kustomer integrated with Shopify for a few years and have never had any data syncing issues. We also are able to funnel specific orders from Shopify to specific fulfillment channels within our organization, giving our customers a better experience. The Shopify/Kustomer integration has been awesome for our support team. The order/user info comes through to the timeline seamlessly, making the conversation more efficient and more personalized.
