Easily sync your Shopify orders and fulfill them by creating shipments with your preferred couriers, comparing rates and services to cut costs and maximize ease of use and efficiency. Manage your orders, print labels and documents, track or cancel shipments and more on a single screen. There is no subscription fee. Customers only pay courier fees when shipments are generated. All charges are billed in USD. See all pricing options DO NOT USE MACHOOL! We have had SO MANY lost packages and ridiculously late deliveries! We have lost so much money with this company. Our customers are furious and so are we! This has been the worst shipping experience BY FAR that we've had in our 11 yearz of business. Their "last mile" partners are terrible, unless you are Amazon (they use UniUni and Intelcom). We have so many unresolved tickets ... They charge unexpected fees and the shipper doesn't get paid so we pay twice. Didn't get support to solde the problem. Slow, expensive even with their "lower rates", doesn't show prices in batch mode, you have to choose a service before and go back to change service if price isn't good. There's better alternatives.
