If you work with external vendors (like a drop-shipping company, or multiple warehouses), this app makes it easy for them to get automatic emails when an order is placed. Each external vendor gets access to their personal dashboard, which allows them to mark orders as shipped, optionally providing shipping details for the end user. You can choose to let vendors ship products directly to your customers, or to your warehouses, as well as using shipping providers to print shipping labels. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. This app and developer Thomas are both great! We started using this as soon as it was launched because we needed something for us to use with multiple vendors shipping items for us. The app almost worked perfectly out of the box and when we needed some little customisations needed to be added Thomas jumped in and assisted no questions asked. We had the app working exactly as we wanted within two ... I highly recommend Flexible Fulfillment to any small business shop owner looking for a reliable, user-friendly app to manage their vendor fulfillment process. This app is incredibly straightforward and will automate how I communicate with vendors about customer orders and help me track when orders are fulfilled.
