Matchy Match automates the reconciliation of your purchasing and accounting workflows. Create purchase orders and track them through the receiving process to ensure inventory accuracy. The app uses AI to perform a 3-way match between your POs, received stock, and vendor invoices. Once quantities and prices are verified, the app vouches the invoice and syncs the data directly to QuickBooks. This eliminates manual data entry and prevents overpayments or inventory discrepancies.
