Metastock was built to support brick-and-mortar independent retailers and give them the same functionality as their big-box competitors. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Just downloaded the app using the free trial. I began to use the tutorial video to install the app, you are supposed to enable 2 Metastock apps on your theme. My theme only showed the one app. When I contacted support asking for guidance, they responded that they "didn't have time to build customization on the app" and they suggested I "uninstall the app before I got charged". Not sure how I was ... Excellent support. We are very happy with this app. App is great when working, customer service needs major approving. App isn't currently working correctly and have been trying to contact them for over a week without any response, pretty poor form. I apologize for the communication issues. Were you using the contact form in the app to try and get ahold of us?
