All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. When I needed help adjusting MOQ rules, I received a response right away and Aditi was very helpful! Superb application, top class and the support is exceptional. We are a UK business and I highly recommend Min Cart. The guys are responsive and nothing is too much trouble. The application has had a huge impact on cutting down on unnecessary purchases and in turn a high volume of returns. I was having issues with my cart system and instead of giving me a 10 page report on how to fix the issue Aditi just asked for permissions to my page (Which they helped me find as well) and fixed it for me within about 15 minutes. If it took them 15 minutes I cannot imagine how long it would had taken someone with no idea what they're doing to fix it.
