We flagged this issue starting in November and contacted support multiple times. Responses have been unclear or nonexistent, and the refund has not been processed. It’s an excellent solution for improving cash flow, and this apps is by far the best thing I tried. The support is outstanding. They resolved all my issues quickly and clearly. Absolutely worth the price. We have been using this app for over a year, moving from a loyalty app that used points and was much more expensive. Since the move there has been more use of rewards and their tech support is very responsive. It's really easy for customers who have accounts to spend their store credit.
