Most of the orders arrived to my customers with missing parts or in used condition. It’s cost me a lot to rebuild trust with my clients, and I’ll be removing all items from my store as a result. Products and prices are fantastic. All of which is useless if i cannot get the products on to my store. i dont see how its been so difficult. i even hired someone on fivver to revise and professionalize my website and they were able to do everything except explain why importing these products has been an issue. i would 5ive star this if i can figure it out. if i cannot. i will change my rating to ... They have a nice site, works fine to add products to Shopify, but when we got an order there is no way to see it in their side and what makes this worse is The phone number posted is fake The emails do not get answered The Help Center form does not get answered.
