Advanced data flows include payment method mapping, multiple inventory location mapping to stock and order lines, returns with refunds and customisable fields. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. I have been paying for the app and the sync is broke. No reply for support. Stay away from this app. Hi, our in app support channel has had issues so if you could contact us through our email at support@mysync.io we can investigate your issue. 2026 update: App has been broken for over a month with zero support. Developers have stopped replying to emails. The app is duplicating products in shopify and not syncing other products for no apparent reason. I've asked for help and developers don't seem to care. The app is still syncing orders but products are broken. I've politely asked for updates as to why the issue is suddenly occurring ...
