We use it to negotiate with customers after hours and it has been a steady app since we implemmented it, around 2 years ago. 14% of the Nibble chats result in a purchase! It's super easy to install and their customer service is superb. They help to implemment or to modify if neccessary. I love this app and the Nibble team. Very quick to respond to queries and they take customer feedback on board as they are always looking to make the experience and app even better This is ideal for anyone looking to not just offer a blanket discount and it allows us to keep margins healthy.
