Send bulk emails about delays, backorders or shipping changes with custom templates. Set up automated workflows triggered by order tags or status. Get alerts for refunds and flagged orders. Orders are auto-tagged during the grace period so your team knows when to hold or release. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days.
